The most advantage of this hotel would be proximity from Termini station. The hotel is actually located next to Opera Theatre and 6-7 minutes walking distance from the station. The breakfast is good. We asked the staff to open breakfast a bit...

I appreciated its fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating employees.
The room was beautifully maintained and having a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and a personal safe in it was handy.

Tony was able to recommend a restaurant to eat at immediately and then a bus tour we could take to see some of the sites as we were only in Rome for the night.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend jaunt in Rome with reasonable value. The location was perfect, great to walk to almost all the main attractions. Watch out for the stairs at the entrance-definitely not for anyone with mobility issues.

Very nice location close to all the public transportations. Clean with new bathroom. No elevator until first floor where the reception is and the room was very very small.

The hotel is well situated in the city, close to the rail terminus and within easy walking distance of most of the well known attractions.
It is necessary to carry bags up a long flight of stairs from the street to reception

convenient access to attractions and good dining options
I was thrilled to find that iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and the beautiful Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore were just a brisk walk away, allowing me to easily immerse myself in Rome's rich history. Plus, the variety of delicious restaurants just around the corner.

Nice room with air conditioning, good location. Within walking distance to mainy tourist sites also close to the metro, train and bus stations for access further afield - Vatican, airports etc.
Minor issue, would have liked tea/coffee making facities in the room. Be aware of the long flight of stairs to the reception, not a problem for us, but will be for those with impaired mobility.

Located at a very good place in Rome, this hotel is a good choice. It is comfortable and clean and provides everything a couple visiting Rome needs.
For those carrying heavy luggage, note that there is a significant staircase to climb to the hotel and only inside there is a small elevator to the upper floors.
